For emergencies, e.g. malfunctions of the refrigerating system, experienced HAGOLA employees can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the HAGOLA service hotline. They can help you quickly and competently. If telephone assistance is not enough, our German-wide service partner network comes into play to handle service work reliably, quickly and unbureaucratically.
Our service staff will then arrange for a specially trained HAGOLA service partner in Germany who will personally take care of your request on site. Our service partners are trained on all HAGOLA products and are experienced technicians. Through this service partner network, we are able to grant you a two-year manufacturer's warranty on material.
